Senior Class Gift Committee 2020

Want to Join a Record Breaking Team?
Last year the Senior Class Gift Committee secured 634 gifts and raised over $17,000, which is the largest amount raised by any senior class in Hofstra’s history. Think you have what it takes to beat their record? Then join the 2020 Senior Class Gift Committee!

What is the Senior Class Gift Committee?
The Senior Class Gift Committee is a group of 15-20 students who are involved on campus, leaders in their class, enthusiastic and ultimately LOVE Hofstra. Members of the committee will work together and encourage classmates to make a gift of $20.20 in honor of their class year. Gifts help provide financial aid to current and future students, fund student activities, support faculty, and improve life at Hofstra. This is not just a senior event - it's a commitment that begins a lifetime of involvement with Hofstra, and is the first step in the transition from student to alumnus/a.

Perks of Being a Senior Class Gift Committee Member

  • Make professional connections with faculty, staff and alumni
  • Build and develop skills in the areas of marketing, public relations, fundraising, and team management
  • Receive exclusive invitations to alumni events throughout the year, where you can mingle with some of Hofstra’s most influential donors
  • Strengthen the future of the Hofstra University community
